Is it safe?
It runs on USB power rather than a wall socket. Unplug the USB cable and remove the battery pack before washing, follow the care label, and stop using it if the vest or cable looks damaged. Questions? Email us before you order.
Will it fit me?
It’s a unisex fit in sizes S to XXXL. Garment chest (all round) runs from 44.1 in (112 cm) on S to 52.0 in (132 cm) on XXXL, and length from 26.4 in to 30.3 in. These are garment measurements. Lay a vest that fits you flat, measure armpit to armpit and compare with “Flat across chest” in the size guide (that’s half the all-round chest). Fits true to US size with a roomy cut. Heat works best close to the body: between sizes, or wearing a thin layer underneath, size down. Wearing it over a hoodie? Take your usual size. See the size guide.
How does the heating work?
Plug the vest in over USB, then use the controls to switch it on and choose one of 3 heat levels. 4 zone buttons let you turn heating areas on or off separately.
What if it arrives damaged or stops working?
Arrived broken or damaged? Send us photos within 4 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free. Stopped working, or a fault inside? Free 1:1 replacement within 30 days of delivery (photos required). Damage from misuse or wear after delivery isn’t covered. Refunds are processed within 7 days of approval. Read the refund policy.
